Studio
Your Pilates studio by the beach

This is for what happens outside. Picking a child up off the floor, carrying the shopping up a building with no lift, getting up without using your hands. So you never have to say you don’t move like you used to.
No exercise is here by accident. If we can’t say what it’s for, it doesn’t go in the class. You leave knowing exactly what you worked, and why.
Hard, and with good music. A difficult hour can still be the best one of your day. It looks simple. It isn’t.
Twenty-eight or sixty-two. Coming back from an injury, or from twenty years off. There is always a layer that is yours. A place you come back to. Your haven.
